VeloWerks becomes SmallTalk

SmallTalk was founded on the belief that great brands are shaped by every customer interaction and conversation, big or small. As the number of digital channels grew, the challenge of delivering a great experience became increasingly complex. Over the past two years, we have been building a deep and experienced team of digital experts who help clients better engage and serve their customers. We have helped everyone from top startups to mature “offline” companies to some of the biggest names in commerce.

To better fulfill our mission, we’re thrilled to announce our merger with VeloWerks. Led by Robert Balmaseda, VeloWerks brings deep technical expertise to help deliver successful web and mobile projects from strategy to experience design all the way through technical implementation. Our team members have worked together for many years across numerous companies, including here at SmallTalk. We share not only a depth of common experience, we share a common commitment.

SmallTalk is a digital effectiveness agency. We measure our success by the effectiveness of the experiences we create for our customers, and their customers. Too many digital projects still fail from inadequate planning, process, and expertise. At SmallTalk, our core competency is competency.

As co-founders of the new SmallTalk, we are excited to bring this commitment and competency to existing and new customers.
