With a goal to simplify the insurance quoting process we worked to create an engaging, streamlined, and conversation-driven experience through Facebook Messenger that reinforced the tenets of the Next Insurance brand while creating a powerful new revenue channel.
how it came together
Our team started by working closely with the Next Insurance team to understand the existing application flow, We then set out to identify ways in which we could streamline the process for a bot, leveraging the conversational and user friendly aspects of Facebook messenger and the intelligence of machine learning to optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
