We set out to enrich and streamline the post-purchase experience through chatbot assisted order tracking, returns, and FAQs.
How it came together
By embedding the chatbot experience within Peter Millar's existing Zendesk chat platform - we were able to leverage the existing functionality of Zendesk chat while layering on Natural language processing and AI to assist customers with order tracking, returns, FAQs, and other common support needs.
